July 2008
This hotel is exactly what it advertises to be. A great family 4 star hotel. If you have young children, then there is no other hotel in Bali to choose from. the Kids Club & Pool are by far the best we have ever stayed at ANYWHERE!! You can trust them with your kids, and there's a doctor on site. Last trip July 09 saw our 7yo daughter get tonsilitis and became severely dehydrated. the Doctor saw her, and we got sent straight to hospital. If only Australian hospitals were as accomodating and speedy as Bali hospitals. We stayed in one of the family rooms downstairs and for a family of 5 it was a bit tight, but the kids had their own TV and Playstation. The new rooms should be great. Food is top notch with a variety of Pubs and restaurants. Not bargain prices, but not over the top either. Service.....PERFECT!! If you want a 4 Star hotel that is affordable for the average family and fun too, then this is the one for you.

Bali Dynasty offers family rooms to cater for our family of 5 Mum Dad 3 kids
11, 9 & 6 the rooms are fine not overly luxurious but clean and comfortable.
The hotel is gorgeous the staff are delightful food is excellent we ate mostly
at the pool restuarant very casual and not too badly priced. Restuarants closeby
offer cheaper meals but we found that the kids got really sick of dining out all
the time. The beach is a two minute walk past a small market place with some
very zealous marketeers. On our first trip we met a wonderful driver (they wait
at the hotel carpark) and did many day trips with him we have maintained a
friendship with him and his family and we were very eager to look him up on our
return visit 12 months later. Our daughter sadly gets very carsick and even a
short trip would see her vomiting, Wisma even provided her with a sick bucket and
was very understanding. The traffic in Bali is very congested the Balinese
cannot understand how we Australians can drive somewhere for 8 hours at 100km
per hour. For our kids to see a different culture was very rewarding it has given
them a new appreciation of how lucky we are to live in Australia. We all loved
Bali even though there were some moments of sickness (car and Bali belly),
the people are just beautiful.
